Training Hub recognised at the annual NHFT Quality Awards

The Training Hub team was delighted to be recognised at the annual NHFT Quality awards on the 15th December.

The Team was nominated for 2 awards this year.

• The Change Maker award which recognises a team for making a positive contribution towards making a change in the way that services are delivered
• The Non-Clinical Team of the Year which is one of the major awards for which we were shortlisted and were asked to create a short video and attend the awards ceremony.

While we may not have won either award, it was fantastic to get the recognition for what has been a huge year for us. We increased the number of training course places that we have funded from a little over 150 in 2021 to in excess of 1,400 places in 2022. In addition to this we have also started hosting the Countywide PLT sessions which reach in excess of 700 staff every quarter.

We are currently finalising our plans for 2023 and are looking forward to making some big announcements around some exciting new initiatives for next year that will increase the levels of support that we offer all of our colleagues across Primary Care
