The Mary Seacole NHS Leadership Programme

FULLY FUNDED PLACES AVAILABLE! The Mary Seacole NHS Leadership Programme is designed for clinicians and non-clinicians working within our health and care systems.

The Mary Seacole is a 6-month leadership programme designed and created for first time leaders in health and care, normally after at least two years post qualification. Health Education England have funded places on the programme to provide leadership development opportunities and evaluate the suitability of leadership programme offers for Pharmacy Technicians.

These places are fully funded so there is no additional cost to the participant or employing organisation. By applying for a fully funded place, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. A start date of either Thursday 23rd or Tuesday 28th February 2023 and a commitment to the programme for 6 months with 3 mandatory development days and additional time for selfdirected learning and reflection. The programme is hosted virtually so you will need access to a computer or laptop.

2. Taking part in an evaluation process consisting of pre and post questionnaires and a onehour virtual focus group. For enquiries about this opportunity, please contact clinicalleadership@leadershipacademy.nhs.uk .

This offer is open to Pharmacy Technicians only as we recognise the additional challenges in accessing leadership programmes.
