An Apprenticeship is a paid job that combines the opportunity to work towards recognised qualifications whilst gaining valuable experience within the practice.
Apprenticeships are open to all ages and can be used to attract and recruit new talent as well as providing opportunities for existing staff to upskill and progress within their role and career.
There are hundreds of different apprenticeships from Level 2 qualifications right through to degree and Level 7 qualifications.
There are apprenticeship programmes in clinical and nursing roles, as well as a wide range of administration and business support apprenticeships.
The term ‘grow your own’ is often used to promote apprenticeships as this really captures the value of maximising apprenticeships – both for individuals and the business.
