Self-care is important. We recognise that the last few years have brought unprecedented challenges which have inevitably affected many people’s mental health and wellbeing.
We believe that it is important to look after your own wellbeing as well as that of your team because without personal wellbeing, patient care could suffer. We recognise the stress and pressures that surround all of us, and we hope to be able to provide you with a toolkit to aid in dealing with these pressures.
