Care Navigation Introductory training. 

This is an exciting opportunity for new starters within your Practice to participate in the basic Care Navigation Training, which is aimed at those who have not undertaken Care Navigation training before.

The training will cover the basics around why we Care Navigate in a Practice, linking to the 10 high impact actions.

Practice Managers can attend as well if they wish however, the training is for any member of staff who Care Navigates in Practice and has not attended a training on Care Navigation before.
