Conflict Resolution

The ambition of these sessions will be to enhance understanding of the needs of the patient through soft skills subsequently reducing the potential for conflict.

The training will enable participants to feel more equipped and confident in using solution focused approaches to respond to patient need, being able to use negotiation skills to reduce conflicting situations.  

The sessions are designed for participants to be interactive and will use a variety of exercise’s and activities to provide engaging and interesting insight into building practice staffs confidence in dealing with conflict and resolving conflict.
