Rising Stronger

Following on from the Being Brilliant Session, this Masterclass looks at from mental health to mental wealth and is absolutely not about challenging you to up your game or work harder, it’s about nudging you to remember who you are at your best. 

The Visible Leaders Network (VLN) is designed to support your career whether that be the next level up or into senior roles within the NHS. It is a network designed for Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority staff aimed at aspiring and emerging leaders, and you can join the VLN if you are an NHS employee working in the Midlands at Bands 4 - 8a level.
