If you’re thinking of employing an Apprentice Student Nurse Associate we can provide you with support from the outset.
If you want us to, we will:
- Support you with the recruitment process, including the development of job descriptions, person specifications and adverts. We can also help you shortlist and interview your candidates.
- Support you in accessing available funding.
- Be the link with the apprentice course provider.
- Provide general pastoral support for the candidate through the academic interview preparation and throughout the course.
- Arrange all external placement requirements for your student.
- Support your practice team and up-skill existing members of the team to become Practice Assessors and Practice Supervisors.
- Provide access to legacy nurse support to assist in clinical skill acquisition and clinical supervision.
What is involved?
The Student Nurse Associate apprenticeship is a 24-month programme that is ideal for new or existing Healthcare Support Workers who wish to progress onto become a registered Nurse Associate.
